To take a temporary break, go to Account Settings and select the "Cooling Off" or "Session Break" option — you can pause for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, you won't be able to log in, but your account and balance will remain intact. If you'd like to close your account permanently, use the Self-Exclusion feature — this can be done through Settings or by sending a request to [email protected].
