These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the relevant laws of Bangladesh and the guidelines of Dhaka Bate's licensing authority. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Dhaka Bate's licensing authority shall be considered final.
Registering on Dhaka Bate requires a valid mobile number and accurate personal details. All information provided at registration must be truthful and correct. Registering with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
Each individual may maintain only one account on Dhaka Bate. If the same person creates multiple accounts (using the same name, address, mobile number, or device), Dhaka Bate reserves the right to close all such accounts and all associated balances may be forfeited.
Dhaka Bate offers two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. Enabling this feature is strongly recommended.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal or depositing above a certain limit on Dhaka Bate. This is required to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your account.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. If the details on submitted documents do not match your account information, the KYC application may be rejected and additional verification may be requested.
All documents submitted during the KYC process are stored on encrypted servers. Dhaka Bate never shares your personal documents with third parties — except where required by law.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. A specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ×30 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.
If you withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Only real money balances are eligible for withdrawal.
